IN WHAT CURRENCY IS THE PAYMENT CHARGED?

All our transactions are settled in USD. If your credit card or debit card uses a different currency, your bank applies the corresponding exchange rate for the currency you choose, depending on the website you are on.

DO YOU OFFER AN OPTION FOR PAYMENT IN 3 OR 4 INSTALLMENTS?

We accept payment in 3 installments.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR MODIFY MY ORDER? If you notice an error in your order after receiving the order confirmation by email, please contact us via our Support Center.

Please note that we can only help you modify your order before it has been shipped.
Once your package has been shipped, we can no longer make any changes to it.
