GENERAL QUESTIONS
What is the status of my order?
As soon as you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email allowing you to track the status of your order.
Can I change my order?
We can only make changes to orders that have not yet been processed for shipment. Once your order has the status "preparing for shipment", "shipped", or "delivered", we can no longer accept changes to your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following 2 main payment methods:

hotamsterdam.com primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Via PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.
● Secure credit card payment
We also accept payments by credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
In what currency is the payment charged?
All our transactions are settled in USD. If your credit card or debit card uses a different currency, your bank applies the corresponding exchange rate, depending on the currency you choose and the website you visit.
Do you offer an option for payment in 3 or 4 installments?
We accept payment in 3 installments.
SHIPPING
Where do you deliver?
We ship worldwide, including to Asia, North and Central America, Europe, and Oceania, with payment possible via PayPal and credit card.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
After you have placed your order, it usually takes 3 to 7 days to process it.
The delivery time depends on the shipping method you have chosen.
How can I track my package?
As soon as you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email allowing you to track the status of your order.
What if I am not home?
If you are not home, delivery will be attempted again the next day, or the delivery partner will contact you to schedule a new delivery date; This depends on the country and the shipping method you have chosen.
You may also need to pick up your package yourself at your local post office if it could not be delivered to your home.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns? We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must have been purchased via our webshop.
- The item must not have been used in any way.
- The request for a return or exchange is submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Can I exchange an item?
We accept exchanges; the same conditions apply as for returns.
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate when arranging your return with our customer service that you wish to exchange the item for another item.
Are returns free?
Please contact customer service to obtain the return address for returning an item. Once you have received the address, please carefully pack the item in the original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
In some cases, your return is free of charge. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not due to an error on the part of hotamsterdam.com, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of the package being received in our warehouse.
Once your return has been accepted, the refund, exchange, or credit will be processed within 14 days after our department has approved your return.
